Harvey Weinstein accuser Kaja Sokola claims Weinstein bragged about making stars out of Gwyneth and Penélope Cruz -- right after allegedly sexually assaulting her as a teen.

Testifying in Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday, Kaja Sokola, 39, said she wanted to scream after the alleged assault at 16, but Weinstein told her she had to obey him and keep quiet if she wanted a career like the big-time stars he name-dropped.

As for the alleged assault, Sokola said Weinstein picked her up for lunch, took her to his Soho loft in NYC -- and allegedly touched her vagina and forced her to touch his penis in the bathroom before he "ejaculated on the floor."

Justin Baldoni's lawyer has a challenge for Blake Lively ... he says her testimony should be live-streamed in the world's most famous arena -- Madison Square Garden!!!

Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, tells TMZ ... "If Blake Lively is really serious about testifying for the world to see, let's live stream it in Madison Square Garden and give the money to the domestic violence survivors."

Freedman's challenge comes in response to Blake's lawyers revealing she absolutely plans to take the stand if their lawsuit actually makes it to trial ... and his idea isn't going over so well in Blake's camp.

Bryan Kohberger's alleged search history is pretty eerie ... cops say he was looking up Ted Bundy and nonconsensual pornography in the weeks before and after he allegedly murdered four University of Idaho students.

Kohberger used his phone to browse the internet for porn with the key words "forced," "passed out," "drugged" and "sleeping" ... according to NBC News. He also searched for "Ted Bundy" ... a notorious serial killer.

The alleged murderer's search history is featured in an upcoming episode of "Dateline" ... and NBC also says they obtained surveillance footage showing a white car circling the area where the students were stabbed to death in their off-campus house in 2022.

James Foley -- a longtime Hollywood director who helmed two films in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" trilogy -- has died.

The movie industry veteran passed away earlier this week after a battle with brain cancer, a rep confirms.

Foley got his start back in the mid-1980s ... directing the feature film "Reckless" before making a name for himself directing music videos.

During jury selection this week, lead prosecutor Maurene Comey admitted the feds do not know whether the alleged victim -- one of Diddy's ex-girlfriends -- intends to appear in court to testify against him. Comey said the woman does not live locally, there's an issue getting in touch with her attorney ... and she may not even show up to court despite a subpoena.

Our sources with direct knowledge say the woman has never cooperated with prosecutors, and never gave them an indication she would be willing to take the stand during the trial.
